Some phytochemical and functional properties of Pawpaw (Carica papaya L.) leaf protein concentrates obtained from three locations in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria

Abstract This research was conducted to determine some phytochemicals and functional properties of pawpaw ( Carica papaya L. ) leaf protein concentrates obtained from three locations in Edo State, Nigeria.
